目的 探讨微柱凝胶法(MGT)和凝聚胺法(MPT)在交叉配血中联合应用的价值,确保输血安全.方法 用MGT法对需要输血的9997例受血者进行交叉配血,结果不相合者再取其标本用两种方法同时做交叉配血试验、直接抗人球试验(DAT).有输血史和妊娠史的受血者均用两种方法做不规则抗体筛选试验.结果 在9997例交叉配血中,MGT法均未发生凝集反应有9866例占(98.7%),发生凝集反应有131例占(1.3%),主侧凝集10例,次侧凝集121例;不规则抗体10例.MPT法发生凝集反应110例,主侧凝集8例,次侧凝集102例;不规则抗体8例.DAT阳性63例.结论 在交叉配血中,MGT法和MPT法联合应用更能准确地了解凝集的性质,有利于提高输血的安全性.

Objective Explore the micro-column gel test (MGT) and polybrene act (MPT) in the cross matching of the value of a joint application to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Methods MGT method required by the 9997 cases of transfusion recipients to carry out cross matching, the results were re-select the mismatched specimens with two kinds of methods to do simultaneously cross matching test, direct anti-human ball test (DAT). Has the history of blood transfusion recipients and pregnancy history are two ways to do irregular antibody screening test. Results 9997 cases in the cross matching blood,MGT law did not happen agglutination accounted for 9867 cases (98.7%); MGT happened agglutination method accounted for 131 cases (1.3%), the main side of lection 10 cases, 121 cases of lateral lection times; 8 cases of irregular antibodies. MPT Act 110 cases happened agglutination, the main side lection 8 cases, 102 cases of side lection; 8 cases of irregular antibodies. DAT-positive 63 cases. Conclusion In the cross matching blood, MGT and the joint application of MPT Act more accurate understanding of the nature of lection and is conducive to improve the safety of blood transfusion.
