基于南水北调中线北京段总干渠的工程特点及其穿越地区的环境特点,分析研究了工程实施对水环境、生态环境、社会环境等方面的影响,主要内容包括:通过类似工程的实测分析,研究了长距离封闭管涵输水对水质的影响;分析了工程农村段对土地资源及农业生产的影响;分析了城区段对城市景观的影响;由于低山丘陵区的交叉冲沟处透水层较薄,渠道与地下水流向基本直交,研究了局部渠段对地下水的阻隔影响;论述了工程建设对附近居民生活的影响.在此基础上,提出了相应的避免或缓解措施,为类似工程的环境影响分析及保护措施的实施提供参考.

This paper makes a survey of the major ecological and social environmental problems of the Beijing section of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project based on the analysis of engineering characteristics and local environmental quality:The impact analysis of the sealed pipe culvert on water quality through the monitoring of similar projects; the impact of rural section on land resources and agricultural protection, including the destruction of surface soil and irrigation facilities, the drop in crop yields;the impact of urban section on city landscape; the obstructions of groundwater flow due to the thin permeable bed at the crossed gulch of the low altitude hilly region and the basically orthogonal of canal water and groundwater; the conflict between large population and restricted land area and the immigration program on local dweller's living. Based on the investigation on the above questions, it puts forward the countermeasures accordingly. It can be used as a reference for minimizing and alleviating the negative influence on the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Transfer.
