焦化废水虽经生化处理,废水中的悬浮物、有机污染物、舍盐量等均较高,必须采用有效的深度处理工艺去除或降低其中的大量杂质成分,才能将其回用为循环冷却水.以A/O生化处理后的出水为原水,采用高效、无污染的超滤-纳滤组合工艺进行深度处理的研究试验.测定处理前,后的COD、NH_3-N、浊度及总硬度的变化并进行比较分析.结果表明,经超滤.纳滤组合工艺处理后出水COD≤60 mg·L~(-1)、p(NH_3-N)≤10 mg·L~(-1)、浊度≤1 NTU、总硬度≤20mg·L~(-1),各项指标均达到污水再生利用工程设计规范(GB 50335-2002)所要求的标准.

Despite of biochemical treatment of coking wastewater, the concentration of suspend, organic contaminants, and salt are still high. Advanced effective treatment process must be carried out to remove or reduce large amount of impurities for the purpose of reusing the wastewater as circulating cooling water. Based on effluent of A/O biochemical treatment, the high-effective and pollution-free combined technological process of UF-RO was used to experimental study on advanced treatments of coking wastewater. The variation of COD, NH_3N_3 turbidity and total hardness were measured and analyzed further before and after treatment The results showed that the effluent which has been treated by the combined technological process of UF-RO, COD≤60 mg·L~(-1), NH_3-N≤10mg·L~(-1), turbidity≤1 NTU, total rigidity=20mg·L~(-1), All the items of water quality can completely meet the code for design wastewater reclamation and reuse(GB 50335-002).
