With the development of Economy, the country road development level improved, and the increased of vehicle, the problem of traffic congestion become our present life problems to be solved. This paper used the traffic impedance analysis and induced increase economic growth model method to forecast the road traffic volume, it provides the basis establishment of the traffic layout whether produce optimization evaluation to the new roads.
