目的探讨临床护理路径在血液透析患者健康教育中的应用.方法将血液透析患者随机分为临床路径组42例和对照组42例,两组均实行整体护理.对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,临床路径组制定健康教育路径,按路径对家属及患者同时进行健康教育,比较两组患者健康教育达标率、患者依从性及透析的满意度.结果实施6个月后临床路径组患者健康教育达标率、患者依从性及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论临床护量路径健康教育是一种对维持性血液透析患者切实可行的教育方法,有助于提高医疗、护理水平及健康教育效果,改善患者的生活质量.

Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for hemodialysis patients. Methods 84 hemodialysis patients who received holistic nursing practice were divided into test group(n =42) and control group(n =42) according to bed numbers. Test group received health education procedure of clinical nursing pathway, while control group received conventional health education procedure.Compliance rate of health education, compliance rate of dialysis and satisfaction rate of dialysis in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results Compliance rate of health education, compliance rate of dialysis and satisfaction rate of dialysis were all significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway is feasible for Chinese maintenance hemodialysis patients. It contributes to the effect of medical, nursing and health education, thus improves the patients' quality of life.
