为提高光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪的光谱分辨率,设计了应用于光纤相位调制的压电陶瓷驱动电源.驱动电源由低频信号发生部分和高压放大部分组成.利用幅频波特图和开环相频图进行分析,深入讨论了驱动电容值较大的容性负载时的电路稳定性.实验表明使用该电源能实现光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪的高分辨率.

To raise the spectral resolution of fiber-optic Fourier transform spectrometer, a PZT driving power of Fiber-optic phase modulation, composed of a low-frequency signal generator and a high voltage amplifier, was designed. The bode plot and open loop phase shift plot was used to analyze and discuss the stability of circuit thoroughly, when the capacitive loads with higher capacitance were driven. The result of experiment indicated that high spectral resolution of fiber-optic Fourier transform spectrometer could be achieved with the driving power.
