Nerium indicum Mill%Chemical constituents
[目的]研究日本夹竹桃枝的化学成分,并对分离得到的化合物进行细胞毒活性测定.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对日本夹竹桃进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.[结果]从夹竹桃枝中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为东莨菪内酯(1)、对羟基苯乙酮(2)、白桦脂酸(3)和齐墩果酸(4).化合物1~3均为首次从日本夹竹桃中分离得到,化合物3、4对人体肺癌细胞模型VA-13和人体肝癌细胞HepG2有一定的细胞毒活性,化合物3显现出一定的抗癌活性.[结论]该研究结果为日本夹竹桃的临床应用提供理论依据.

[Objective]The research aimed to study the chemical constituents isolated from the twigs of Japanese Nerium indicum Mill and their cytotoxicity in vitro.[Method]Chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and semi-prepared HPLC,the structures were identified through spectral data and physical-chemical properties.[Result]Four compounds were isolated and respectively identified as scopoletin(1),4-hydroxyacetophenone(2),betulinic acid(3),oleanolic acid(4).Compound 1-3 were isolated from Japanese N. indicum Mill for the first time. Cytotoxic activations of 3 and 4 were evaluated against two cell lines,VA-13 and HepG2. Compound 3 showed strong activity.[Conclusion]This research will provide the theoretical references for clinical application of Japanese N. indicum Mill.
