为了进一步了解和掌握西花蓟马不同雌雄比例及配对时间对种群的影响,研究了西花蓟马在不同雌雄比例的两性生殖、孤雌生殖以及雌雄不同配对时间等处理下,西花蓟马的生殖力及子代的性比.结果表明,西花蓟马可进行两性生殖和产雄孤雌生殖.不同处理下雌成虫的寿命、产卵量和性比有显著差异,两性生殖中雌雄比1∶1处理下的雌成虫寿命最长,产卵量最大,两性生殖中雌雄比4∶1及孤雌生殖二种处理下,雌成虫寿命和产卵量较低.西花蓟马雌雄不同配对时间的处理表明,雌虫在进行一段时间的孤雌生殖后,再放入雄虫,雌虫仍能与雄虫交配进行两性生殖,雄虫可以进行多次交配.

The fecundity and filial sex ratio of Frankliniella occidentalis were studied under the treatment conditions of bisexual reproduction with different female/male ratio, parthenogenesis and different mating time to further know the effect of different female/male ratio and mating time on its population. The results showed that Frankliniella occidentalis can reproduce its filial generation by using bisexual reproduction and parthenogenesis patterns, there was very significant difference in longevity, laying eggs and sex ratio of female adults between different treatments, the longevity and laying eggs of female adults with 1∶1 female/male ratio in bisexual reproduction pattern was the highest, and the longevity and laying eggs of female adults with 4∶1 female/male ratio under bisexual reproduction pattern and parthenogenesis pattern were lower in all treatments. The results from different mating time of Frankliniella occidentalis showed that the female adults after parthenogenesis still could mate with male adults for bisexual reproduction and male adults could mate with female adults for multiple mating.
