应用组织培养技术对大花蕙兰原球茎的诱导、增殖以及丛生芽的增殖进行了研究,结果表明:随着6-BA浓度的提高,原球茎增殖率上升,以6-BA8.0 mg/L处理的增殖率最高;添加6-BA5.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L+KT1.0 mg/L可将增殖控制在丛生芽阶段;添加100 g/L香蕉汁和0.5 g/L活性炭有利于提高增殖率与丛生芽的生长势,降低褐化;添加1 g/L活性炭有助于生根且根系生长健壮.

응용조직배양기술대대화혜란원구경적유도、증식이급총생아적증식진행료연구,결과표명:수착6-BA농도적제고,원구경증식솔상승,이6-BA8.0 mg/L처리적증식솔최고;첨가6-BA5.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L+KT1.0 mg/L가장증식공제재총생아계단;첨가100 g/L향초즙화0.5 g/L활성탄유리우제고증식솔여총생아적생장세,강저갈화;첨가1 g/L활성탄유조우생근차근계생장건장.
Rapid multiplication of orchid Cymbidium grandiflorium was achieved in this study. Optimal procedure of micropropagation was investigated, including inducement and proliferation of rhizome, multiplication and growth status of axillary shoots. The results showed that a maximum of proliferation was obtained at 8 mg/L 6-BA, and multiplication of shoots could be achieved and controlled by combination of 6-BA 5.0 mg/L, NAA 1.0 mg/L and KT 1.0 mg/L. The rate of multiplication and growth could be improved in media supplemented banana juice(BJ) and activated charcoal(AC). Rooting of shoots was developed in MS media with 1 g/LAC.
