摘要:采用磷酸二氢钾(K2HPO4)P)及磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS:K2HPO4+KH2PO4)分别作为磷元素的来源时对Biohydrogenbaeterium R3 sp.nov.的生长及产氢速率的影响进行了研究。实验结果发现:K2HPO4对Biohydrogenbaeterium R3 sp.nov.的生长及产氢效能都具有良好的促进作用,且对培养基中的pH值具有良好的维持作用,当K2HPO4浓度为1.5g/L时,Biohydrogenbaeterium R3 sp.nov.的生物气体产量、氢气产量以及比产氢率都达到最大,分别为4960ml/L,2107.5ml/L和1.93molHJmol葡萄糖,培养基内的pH值始终维持在3.0~5.0之内;PBS对Biohydrogenbaeterium R3 sp.nov.的生长及产氢效能以及缓冲培养基终pH值同样也具有较良好的促进作用,当PBS浓度为0.15mol时,Biohydrogenbaeterium R3 sp.nov.的生物气体产量、氢气产量和平均产氢速率分别达到最大值3860ml/L,1832.7mlH2/L和2.6324mmolH1/g·cell·h。

This study has investigated the effects of K2HPO4 and phosphate buffer solution (PBS: K2HPO4+ KH:PO4) to the cell growth and hydrogen production ration to Biohydrogenbacterium R3 sp.nov.. The results showed that: K2HPO4 could promote the cell growth and hydrogen production well and maintain the pH stably in culture. The hiogas yield, hydrogen production yield and specific hydrogen production got the maximum of 4960 ml/L,2107.5 ml/ L and 1.93 tool H~/mol glucose respectively when the concentration of K2HPO4 was 1.5 g/L. The final pH in the culture were always kept at 3.0-5.0. The PBS can aslo promote the cell growth and hydrogen production and maintain the pH in medium efficiency. The biogas, hydrogen production and average hydrogen production ration got the maximuum of 3860 nil/L, 1832.7 mlHz/L and 2.6324 mmol HJg·cell·h respectively when the concentration of PBS was 0.15 mol.
