通过电导率仪检测温度和水分对洋槐和龙眼蜂蜜电导率的变化情况。结果表明:不同品种蜂蜜的电导率不一样;向蜂蜜里添加水分后,蜂蜜的电导率明显提高,并且随着温度升高而加大,电导率随温度变化符合线性相关。而且在同一温度下,蜂蜜的电导率与水的添加量也成线性相关。
通過電導率儀檢測溫度和水分對洋槐和龍眼蜂蜜電導率的變化情況。結果錶明:不同品種蜂蜜的電導率不一樣;嚮蜂蜜裏添加水分後,蜂蜜的電導率明顯提高,併且隨著溫度升高而加大,電導率隨溫度變化符閤線性相關。而且在同一溫度下,蜂蜜的電導率與水的添加量也成線性相關。
통과전도솔의검측온도화수분대양괴화용안봉밀전도솔적변화정황。결과표명:불동품충봉밀적전도솔불일양;향봉밀리첨가수분후,봉밀적전도솔명현제고,병차수착온도승고이가대,전도솔수온도변화부합선성상관。이차재동일온도하,봉밀적전도솔여수적첨가량야성선성상관。
In this experiment, we studied on the effect of temperture and the contents of water on the conductivity of Longan honey and Robinia honey.The result showed that the conductivity of two kinds of honey is different whlie its conductivity of honey added water was increased . The more the temperature was raised, the higher the conductivity of honey was increased, based on the linear correlation model.At the same temperature, the conductivity change of honey and the different content of the added water accord with the linear correlation.
