Cryptorchidism%Estradiol%Mice
目的 建立雌二醇诱导的小鼠隐睾模型,并对其进行组织形态学观察.方法 35只雄性新生BALB/c仔鼠随机分为正常对照组、溶剂对照组和实验组.实验组(n=15)于牛后第3~30天皮下注射17-β雌二醇4 μl(4 μg/d),溶剂对照组(n=10)皮下注射等量丙二醇,正常对照组不给予任何处理.生后第35天,观察各组睾九位置、大小,采用HE染色、透射电镜进行组织形态学观测.结果 实验组隐睾发生率100%,均为双侧隐睾,而正常对照组和溶剂对照组无隐睾发生.与对照组相比,实验组睾丸大小明显缩小,生精小管上皮数日减少,管腔消失,精母细胞和精原细胞核皱缩,支持细胞和问质细胞核仁空泡变性,未见成熟精子.结论 通过雌二醇干预法能成功诱导小鼠隐睾模型,为进一步研究隐睾的发病机制和治疗策略奠定了基础.

목적 건립자이순유도적소서은고모형,병대기진행조직형태학관찰.방법 35지웅성신생BALB/c자서수궤분위정상대조조、용제대조조화실험조.실험조(n=15)우우후제3~30천피하주사17-β자이순4 μl(4 μg/d),용제대조조(n=10)피하주사등량병이순,정상대조조불급여임하처리.생후제35천,관찰각조고구위치、대소,채용HE염색、투사전경진행조직형태학관측.결과 실험조은고발생솔100%,균위쌍측은고,이정상대조조화용제대조조무은고발생.여대조조상비,실험조고환대소명현축소,생정소관상피수일감소,관강소실,정모세포화정원세포핵추축,지지세포화문질세포핵인공포변성,미견성숙정자.결론 통과자이순간예법능성공유도소서은고모형,위진일보연구은고적발병궤제화치료책략전정료기출.
Objective To establish the murine cryptorchidism model.Methods Thirty-five neonatal male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into three groups.In experimental group,fifteen mice were injected subcutaneously with 4 μl(4/μg/d)of 17-β estradiol between the postnatal day 3 and 30.In the control group,ten mice were injected with the same volume of propylene glycol Ten un-treated mice were chosen as normal controls.At the postnatal day 35,mice were sacrificed.The posi-tion and size of the testes were studied.Haemaotoxylin and eosin staining and electron microscopy were performed.Results The incidence of eryptoehidism in experimental group was 100%,while no eryptochidism occurred in normal and solvent control groups.Compared with the normal controls,the sizes of testes were significantly reduced,with reduction of seminiferous tubules,disappearanee of lu-men,nuclear shrinkage of spermatocyte and spermatogenous cells,vacuolar degeneration of Sertoli cells and Leydig cells,and disappearance of sperms in experimental group.Conclusions Estradiol can induce cryptorchidism in mice.
