目的：探讨蝎毒复合胶囊(capsules of antineoplastic factor of scorpion venom，CAFSV)配合放疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。方法：例同期中晚期恶性肿瘤患者，随机分为2组，治疗组41例，对照组43例。治疗组采用CAFSV口服，3次／d，2粒／次，连续用药7周，配合常规放疗；对照组单纯放疗。观察2组患者在治疗前后的生存质量、T细胞亚群的变化及肿瘤退缩情况。结果：治疗组的生存质量卡氏评分、免疫功能提高，肿瘤明显缩小，与对照组比较，差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论：CAFSV具有抑制肿瘤生长，提高放疗疗效作用。
목적：탐토갈독복합효낭(capsules of antineoplastic factor of scorpion venom，CAFSV)배합방료치료중만기악성종류환자적료효。방법：례동기중만기악성종류환자，수궤분위2조，치료조41례，대조조43례。치료조채용CAFSV구복，3차／d，2립／차，련속용약7주，배합상규방료；대조조단순방료。관찰2조환자재치료전후적생존질량、T세포아군적변화급종류퇴축정황。결과：치료조적생존질량잡씨평분、면역공능제고，종류명현축소，여대조조비교，차이유현저성(P<0．05)。결론：CAFSV구유억제종류생장，제고방료료효작용。
Aim: In order to observe the effect of clinical treatment of the tumor in medium and advanced stage with capsulesof antineoplastic factor of scorpion venom(CAFSV) combined with radiotherapy. Methods: 84 patients with medium and advancedtumor in the same period were divided into 2 groups, 41 in treated group and 43 in control group. Combined with ordinary radio-therapy, the patients in treated group were given CAFSV orally for seven weeks, 2 pills once and 3 times each day. Those in con-trol group were treated by radiotheraphy merely. It was observed on quality of life (QOL), changes of immune system function andreduction of tumors after treatments. Results: The karnofsky and immune system function were improved, and tumors reduced ob-viously in treated group. Compared with control group, it was significantly different(P < 0.05). C orclusion: CAFSV possessesthe inhibitory effect on tumor growth and can enhance effects of radiotherapy.
