报导了大容量MH/Ni电池的研制。通过改进、调整烧结镍电极及涂膏金属氢化物电极生产工艺参数,提高了电极基板孔率及活性物质利用率,使烧结镍电极体积比容量达到540mAh/cm3,金属氢化物电极体积比容量达到1150mAh/cm3。选择耐高温抗氧化的聚丙烯接枝复合膜及多元组分电解液,解决了大容量MH/Ni电池充电末期反应热效应明显、充电效率低的难题,电池的高、低温及自放电性能得到明显改善。

High capacity MH/Ni battery was investigated.The porosity of theelectrode current collector and the utility of the active materials were increased by adjusting the electrode manufacturing parameters of sintered Ni electrode and parted electrode.The volumetric capacity of the sintered Ni electrode was reached to 540 mAh/cm3 and that of MH electrode was 1150 mAh/cm3.The problems of high heat emission and low charge efficiency during the final stage of charging were solved by selecting composite separator grafted with polypropylene which were double for high temperature and anti-oxidation and multi-component electrolyte.The high and low temperature performances and the charge retention of the battery were improved.
