The paper puts forward the common questions of post-tensile prestressed hollow plate beam in construction, and proposes solutions to these problems. The problems mainly include component emerged micro-cracks after constrution, steel bar remnant stress, concrete combined with non-compacting and mould board of rubber injured during extraction or others. The solutions are secondary concrete pouring, positioning pry and getting rid of adhesive force of core mold of rubber.
