文中设计了一种采用HCPL-316J芯片来驱动用TMS320F2812控制的基于三相半桥逆变器的UPS,分析了半桥逆变器的原理.实验结果表明,采用该驱动方案设计的UPS系统具有低成本、安全性高,并且具有带三相不对称负载能力强,输出电压渡形总谐波失真度(THD)小,工作效率高等优点.

Based on three-phase half-bridge inverter, a UPS, which controlled by TMS320LF2812 and drived by HC-PL-316J has been designed. And the principle of the three- phase half-bridge inverter is analyzed. The experiment results show that this LIPS system has low cost, high security, strong ability with three-phase unbalanced load, low total harmonic distortion (THD) of output voltage and high work efficiency.
