目的:分析我院产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌对氟喹诺酮类的耐药性.为临床合理应用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物提供实验室依据.方法:对2007年11月~2008年11月我院临床分离的118株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌,用MIC琼脂稀释法做药物敏感试验,分析产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对临床常用氟喹诺酮类的耐药性.结果:118株大肠埃希菌中,107株对环丙沙星耐药,93株对左氧氟沙星耐药,106株对莫西沙星耐药,耐药率分别为90.67%、78.81%、89.83%.结论:我院临床分离大肠埃希菌对氟喳诺酮类抗菌药物耐药十分严重,在临床抗感染治疗时,应调整氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的使用频率,以减少其耐药性的产生.

objective:To celarify the fluquinolones-resistance in Escherichia coli(E.coli) clinical isolated from our hospital and to provide doctors with clinical evidence.Methods: The isolates ESBLs-Produeing E .coli from 2007.11 to 2008.11 in the hospital were colleeted. The MICs of fluquinolones were detceted by argrose dilution.Results:There are 107(90.67%) islates of 118 E.colis resisted to ciprofloxacin,93(78.81%)were resistan to levofloxacin,and 106(89.83%) were resistant to moxifloxacin. Conclusion:the fluquinolone-resistance among the clinical isolates of E.coli in the hospital was critical.it is necessary that avoiding the extensively use this agents in order to control the fluquinolones- resistance.
