目的 调查护理毕业生临床工作1年后的各项知识和技能的掌握情况,发现薄弱之处,为临床上对新护士的带教工作提供依据.方法 采用“护士连续能力技能列表”修改版对北京市某三甲医院2010年101例新参加工作的护士进行调查.结果 85%以上的新护士对肌肉注射、无菌技术、发药、静脉穿刺等基础护理操作可以独立处理,50%的被调查者能够独立处理患者的疼痛方面的问题,17.5%的被调查者可以对中枢神经系统、循环系统、心血管系统等专科系统进行评估;25%的新护士可以独立发现并及时处理输血反应,17.5%的被调查者可以独立处理患者死亡情形,57.5%的新护士认为自己缺少实践的机会.结论 医院管理者、临床带教老师、新护士要共同努力,加强新护士护理评估以及人文方面的教育,进一步提高临床带教质量.

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge and skills level of new nurses that have worked in hospital for one year,so as to find the weak and provide evidence for new nurse education.Methods A modified version of "The Registered Nurse Continuous Competency Assessment" was used to investigate 101 new nurses.Results More than 85% new nurses could handl with common basic nurse procedures such as intramuscular,aseptic technique,etc.While 50% new nurses can handled the patient' s pain independently,and 17.5% new nurses could assess the special systems such as the central nervous system,circulatory system,cardiovascular system. 25% nurses could find and cope with the reactions of blood transfusion timely and independently,the majority of respondents believed that they had knowledge,but needed practice.And 17.5% of respondents could deal with the patients' death situation,57.5% of new nurses perceived themselves of lacking the opportunity to practice.Conclusions Hospital administrators,clinical teaching teachers,new nurses should work together to strengthen the education and nursing assessment so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching.
