目的 比较两种不同的兔VX2肝肿瘤模型的建立方法,评价超声在监测肿瘤生长的价值.方法 使用VX2瘤组织悬液及瘤组织块在超声引导下分别对两组共30只新西兰兔进行接种,比较不同植瘤方式肿瘤的生长特点.常规超声监测肿瘤生长并与病理检查进行相关性分析.结果 超声引导下经皮穿刺瘤组织块种植组与混悬液注射组成瘤率分别为66.7%(16/30)和26.7%(8/30).两组兔子原位成瘤共28个;肿瘤多为等回声,比较清楚,部分可见声晕;超声检查诊断符合率为85.7%(24/28).超声对肿瘤平均径线的测值与病理测值相关性高,能准确地反映肿瘤的生长状态.结论 使用超声引导下经皮穿刺瘤块接种法比组织混悬液注射法模型制作成瘤率高、模型更稳定.超声能准确监测种植肿瘤的生长,可为临床利用该模型来评价诊治肝癌的新疗法的疗效提供有效监测方法.

Objective To compare two methods for establishing rabbit models of VX2 liver tumor and to evaluate the efficacy of ultrasonography in monitoring tumor growth. Methods VX2 tumor suspension and tumor tissue were respectively inoculated into two groups of New Zealand rabbits (n=30 in total) under ultrasound guidance. Growth feature of tumors with different tumor-implanting approaches was compared between the two groups. Routine ultrasonic was applied to monitor tumor growth and correlation analysis was performed between the ultrasound findings and pathology. Results The tumor formation rate with ultrasound- guided tumor tissue implantation was 66.7% (16/30) vs 26.7% (8/30) with tumor suspension injection. Twenty-eight tumors in situ were detected from both groups. Under the ultrasound, most tumors were isoechoic and clear, and some were with surrounding echo halo. The ultrasonic diagnosis was 85.7% (24/28) in accordance with pathology. Ultrasonography-measured mean diameter of tumors was well correlated with that measured by pathology, indicating an accurate reflection of tumor growth. Conclusions Compared with cell suspension injection, tumor tissue implantation under ultrasound puncture is more fruitful and stable in establishment of tumor model in rabbits. Ultrasonography accurately monitors the tumor growth, and therefore can be an efficient modality in evaluating the efficacy of new therapies for liver carcinoma.
