[目的]研究不同螯合剂对重金属污染土壤酶和呼吸强度的影响.[方法]在盆栽油菜的土壤中添加螯合剂,测定土壤pH值、土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性以及土壤呼吸强度.[结果]施用螯合剂EDTA、DTPA和柠檬酸刺激了土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤脲酶活性.土壤中施入螯合剂后,土壤呼吸强度降低,尤其是在施入初期降低作用最为明显.螯合剂DTPA和柠檬酸施入初期、2周时,土壤pH值降低,随处理浓度的增加pH值降低更为明显,而螯合剂EDTA处理则相反.[结论]在重金属污染土壤上以施用螯合剂EDTA、DTPA为好.

[목적]연구불동오합제대중금속오염토양매화호흡강도적영향.[방법]재분재유채적토양중첨가오합제,측정토양pH치、토양뇨매、과양화경매활성이급토양호흡강도.[결과]시용오합제EDTA、DTPA화저몽산자격료토양과양화경매、토양뇨매활성.토양중시입오합제후,토양호흡강도강저,우기시재시입초기강저작용최위명현.오합제DTPA화저몽산시입초기、2주시,토양pH치강저,수처리농도적증가pH치강저경위명현,이오합제EDTA처리칙상반.[결론]재중금속오염토양상이시용오합제EDTA、DTPA위호.
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different chelators on soil enzyme and soil respiration in heavy metal contamination soil. [Method]The chelators were added to the soil of potted rape. pH value, soil urease, catalase activity and soil respiration intensity were determined. [Result] Soil hydrogen peroxidase activities and soil urease activities were increased by EDTA, DTPA and citric acid. And soil respiration was lower than that of control, especially during the early days. Soil pH was reduced with applying DTPA and citric acid during the early days and 2 weeks, which was very obvious with increasing concentration, while the results of EDTA were contrary. [Conclusion]The effect of using chelator (EDTA, DTPA) was better than that of citric acid in heavy metal contamination soil.
