本文通过数值计算的方法,应用FLUENT软件对表冷器干工况进行了三维数值模拟。在模拟过程中,考虑了肋片管管壁面对肋片导热所引起的肋片表面温度分布场对换热的影响,分析了不同肋片高度、厚度以及肋片间距对肋片管表冷器换热性能的影响,同时讨论了肋片不同几何参数对表冷器肋片管肋片效率的影响。根据分析,建议肋片厚度取0.2~0.4mm,肋片间距取2.4~3.2 mm,肋片高度不超过18 mm。

본문통과수치계산적방법,응용FLUENT연건대표랭기간공황진행료삼유수치모의。재모의과정중,고필료륵편관관벽면대륵편도열소인기적륵편표면온도분포장대환열적영향,분석료불동륵편고도、후도이급륵편간거대륵편관표랭기환열성능적영향,동시토론료륵편불동궤하삼수대표랭기륵편관륵편효솔적영향。근거분석,건의륵편후도취0.2~0.4mm,륵편간거취2.4~3.2 mm,륵편고도불초과18 mm。
In this paper,with the software of FLUENT,three dimensional numerical simulation of dry condition of fin tube cooling coil were conducted.During the simulation process,the influences of temperature distribution of the fin that caused by the heat conduction between pipe wall surface and fin were considered.The heat exchange performance of fin tube cooling coil with different fin height,fin thickness and fin pitch were analyzed.Meanwhile,the influences of fin tube cooling coil with different geometric parameters on fin efficiency were studied.Based on the discussion,the recommended values were presented,fin thickness should be 0.2~0.4 mm,fin pitch should be 2.4~3.2 mm and the fin height should be no more than 18 mm.
