目的 观察KTP激光联合聚维酮碘灌洗治疗泪小管炎的疗效。方法 泪小管炎18例(18眼)。先用生理盐水冲洗泪小管,直到泪道内无分泌物溢出,发现泪小管结石者,需彻底清除结石;然后用KTP激光疏通泪小管;最后用聚维酮碘灌洗泪道,30s后,用生理盐水冲洗,清除泪小管及结膜囊内残留的聚维酮碘。以后用上述方法隔日冲洗1次,直到泪小管炎症消退。结果 经上述治疗后所有患者溢泪、溢脓症状消失,泪小管红肿消退,泪道冲洗通畅。随访6个月,17例无复发,1例在4个月时出现泪小管阻塞,但泪道冲洗无脓性分泌物,再次用KTP激光疏通后症状消失。结论 KTP激光联合聚维酮碘灌洗治疗泪小管炎疗效可靠。
目的 觀察KTP激光聯閤聚維酮碘灌洗治療淚小管炎的療效。方法 淚小管炎18例(18眼)。先用生理鹽水遲洗淚小管,直到淚道內無分泌物溢齣,髮現淚小管結石者,需徹底清除結石;然後用KTP激光疏通淚小管;最後用聚維酮碘灌洗淚道,30s後,用生理鹽水遲洗,清除淚小管及結膜囊內殘留的聚維酮碘。以後用上述方法隔日遲洗1次,直到淚小管炎癥消退。結果 經上述治療後所有患者溢淚、溢膿癥狀消失,淚小管紅腫消退,淚道遲洗通暢。隨訪6箇月,17例無複髮,1例在4箇月時齣現淚小管阻塞,但淚道遲洗無膿性分泌物,再次用KTP激光疏通後癥狀消失。結論 KTP激光聯閤聚維酮碘灌洗治療淚小管炎療效可靠。
목적 관찰KTP격광연합취유동전관세치료루소관염적료효。방법 루소관염18례(18안)。선용생리염수충세루소관,직도루도내무분비물일출,발현루소관결석자,수철저청제결석;연후용KTP격광소통루소관;최후용취유동전관세루도,30s후,용생리염수충세,청제루소관급결막낭내잔류적취유동전。이후용상술방법격일충세1차,직도루소관염증소퇴。결과 경상술치료후소유환자일루、일농증상소실,루소관홍종소퇴,루도충세통창。수방6개월,17례무복발,1례재4개월시출현루소관조새,단루도충세무농성분비물,재차용KTP격광소통후증상소실。결론 KTP격광연합취유동전관세치료루소관염료효가고。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect on canaliculitis treated with KTP laser and providone-iodine irrigatation. Methods 18 patients( 18 eyes) of canaliculitis were irrigated with physiological saline until there was no discharge in canaliculus. The canalicular concretions were removed thoroughly while they were noted, then obstruction of canaliculus was dredged by KTP laser. After lacrimal duct was poured with providone-iodine for 30 seconds, it was irrigated by mass physiological saline to remove residual providone-iodine in lacrimal and conjunctive sac. Thereafter the same management was performed 1 time every other day until canaliculilar inflammation disppeared. Results Symptoms of 18 patients with epiphora disappeared after mangement, inflammation of canaliculus dissolved. Irrigatation of lacrimal duct is unobstr ucted. Followed 6 months, 1 of 18 cases devloped recurrence at the 4th month after the treatment. Conclusion KTP laser with providone-iodine irrigatation is an effective method to treat canaliculitis, it has no sideeffect and can be popularized clinically.
