目的 建立快速、有效在线还原合成PET心肌显像剂13N-氨水的方法并提高其合成产率.方法 通过优化调节加速器的束流强度、靶压、反应时间并对加入不同浓度的自由基清除剂甲醇、乙醇和乙酸下的结果进行比较,得到合成13N-氨水的最佳条件,同时使用离子交换树脂纯化产物.结果 加速器的束流强度为35 μA,反应时间为15 min,靶压为150 kPa,乙醇浓度为10 mmol/L时,合成平均产率达到2.294 GBg.用离子交换树脂纯化的最终产物能满足临床需要.结论 优化反应合成条件后的合成方法能有效提高合成效率,缩短合成时间.

Objective To establish a rapid, effective performance method for in-target synthesis of 13N-NH3 and inclease the yeild. Methods By improving the beam current of cyclotron, target pressure,bombard time and comparing with different concentration of additive in water, the best conditions for synthesizing 13N-NH3 were obtained and the product was purified by anion exchange resin. Result The best yield of 13N-NH3 was 2. 294GBg when the beam current of cyclotron was 35 μA, the target pressure was 150 kPa,bombard time was 15 min and the concentration of alcohol was 10 mmol/L. Moreover,the anion exchange resin could purify the product effectivly. Conclusion The improving method is effective for increasing the synthesis yield of 13N-NH3 and shortening the synthesis time.
