目的探讨急性共同性内斜视的诊断及处理.方法选取2003～2009年经治疗的12例5～12岁诉有复视、斜视度为25△～60△、双眼存在立体视觉的急性共同性内斜视病人先排除了神经系统疾病后,行常规内斜矫正术并作回顾性分析.结果术后随访6～18个月,所有病人眼位被矫正,复视消失,立体视觉维持并改善到40".结论急性共同性内斜是一种罕见病,必须排除神经系统疾病后行手术治疗,术后可达到矫正眼位和维持及增进立体视觉的满意效果.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and management of acute acquired comitant esotropia (AACE) with diplopia. Methods A retrospective analysis to 12 cases (aged 5～12 years)with AACE. The diplopia stereoscopic vision, strabismic degree of +25△～+60△, without nervous systematic diseases were noted in all patients that were underwent routine strabismal surgery between 2003 to 2009 years. Results Atter operation eye orthotroplia, keeping and improving to 40" of stereoscopic vision disappearance of diplopia in these patients were obtained follow-up for 6 to 18 months. Conclusions AACE is a rare disease. The surgical treatment can get satisfactory effects in correcting eye position and in preserving and improving function of binocular vision for the patients of AACE. It is important to note that nervous systematic diseases must be excluded before operation.
