目的探讨开胸术后患者使用镇痛泵对呼吸的影响与护理,以提高开胸患者术后呼吸道护理水平,减小肺部并发症.方法将120例开胸患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例.对照组给予常规的健康宣教及护理;观察组除上述护理外,术后使用镇痛泵,术后严密监测患者呼吸情况,每1 ～2 h协助患者咳嗽、排痰,观察患者的咯痰效果、自主咯痰信心、镇痛效果及呼吸功能.结果术后观察组有效减轻了疼痛,咳嗽、排痰有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论开胸术后患者使用镇痛泵有利于患者循环呼吸的稳定,减小了术后肺部并发症的发生,加快了免疫功能的恢复,缩短了病人的康复过程.
목적 탐토개흉술후환자사용진통빙대호흡적영향여호리,이제고개흉환자술후호흡도호리수평,감소폐부병발증.방법 장120례개흉환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례.대조조급여상규적건강선교급호리;관찰조제상술호리외,술후사용진통빙,술후엄밀감측환자호흡정황,매1 ～2 h협조환자해수、배담,관찰환자적각담효과、자주각담신심、진통효과급호흡공능.결과 술후관찰조유효감경료동통,해수、배담유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.01).결론 개흉술후환자사용진통빙유리우환자순배호흡적은정,감소료술후폐부병발증적발생,가쾌료면역공능적회복,축단료병인적강복과정.
Objective To investigate the effect of sedative pump on the recovery of respiratory function of thoractomy patients. Methods A total of 120 thoractomy patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups, each had 60 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given sedative pump additionally. The condition of respiratory function was monitored after surgery. The effect of expectoration, the confidence of expectoration by oneself, the effect of sedative pump and respiratory function were compared. Results The observation group was lightened pain, and the effective rate of expectoration was better than that in control group (P < 0. 01) . Conclusions Sedative pump in thoractomy patients has beneficial to circulation and respiratory stability, reduce the complications and accelerate the recovery of immune function, shorten the patients'recovery process.
