通过大量查阅文献、专家咨询,分析我国护理研究生培养在实践过程的管理,探讨我国护理研究生在实践管理上的思路与方法.目前,我国护理研究生在实践培养环节上存在的主要问题有师资匮乏、师资能力水平、培养目标单一以及护理研究生对实践过程的重视程度不足等.提出解决问题的对策,加强护理研究生师资培养、加强护理研究生多元化目标培养、重视护理研究生的实践过程培养等.

Through looking up lots of hteratures and consultation from experts,We analyzed nursing postgraduates'cultivation management so as to solve main problems in our country,such as short of supply,the teachers'ability,single cultivation destination and how highly postgraduates thought of it.And we wanted to raise countermeasure to enforce teachers'cuhivation multiplying purpose and think highly of postgraduates'practice cultivation.
