目的 强化护士的责任意识,合理利用有限的护理人力资源,提高病区管理,为病人提供更优质、高效的护理.方法 根据病区床位数,将护士分成两组,各设组长一名,每个护士分管一定床位,实施护士长领导下的分组护理责任制.结果 病人对疾病知识知晓率和对护理服务满意度经χ2检验,均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 分组护理体现以人为本的人性化护理服务理念,改善了护患关系,提高了住院病人对疾病的认识,从而提高了护理质量和病人满意度.

목적 강화호사적책임의식,합리이용유한적호리인력자원,제고병구관리,위병인제공경우질、고효적호리.방법 근거병구상위수,장호사분성량조,각설조장일명,매개호사분관일정상위,실시호사장령도하적분조호리책임제.결과 병인대질병지식지효솔화대호리복무만의도경χ2검험,균유현저성차이(P<0.05).결론 분조호리체현이인위본적인성화호리복무이념,개선료호환관계,제고료주원병인대질병적인식,종이제고료호리질량화병인만의도.
Objective To strengthen the responsibility sense of nurses, make full use of limited nursing human resources so as to provide high-quality, highly effective service for patients. Methods According to the number of sickbeds, the nurses were divided into two groups which each consisted of one group leader; every nurse was responsible for several sickbeds. Carried out the grouping responsibility nursing under the head nurses'leadership. Results By x2 test, there was significant differences before and after grouping in disease awareness and nursing satisfaction (P <0. 05) . Conclusions Group nursing represents humarized nursing conception, and betters nurse-patient relationship, and increased patients'awareness of disease, so enhances nursing quality and patients'satisfaction.
