目的探讨慢性前列腺炎患者的心理状态及护理对策.方法护理干预前及干预后3个月采用SCL-90量表对86例慢性前列腺炎患者对进行问卷调查分析.结果护理干预后患者的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性和阳性项目均与护理干预前有显著性改善(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论心理护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者的康复有促进作用.
목적 탐토만성전렬선염환자적심리상태급호리대책.방법 호리간예전급간예후3개월채용SCL-90량표대86례만성전렬선염환자대진행문권조사분석.결과 호리간예후환자적구체화、강박、억욱、초필、공구、정신병성화양성항목균여호리간예전유현저성개선(P＜0.05혹P＜0.01).결론 심리호리간예대만성전렬선염환자적강복유촉진작용.
Objective To analyze the chronic prostatitis patient's mental status and introduce corresponding nursing strategy.Methods,86 cases of chronic prostatitis patients were conducted a questionnaire survey with SCL-90 measuring scale at before intervention and intervention for 3 months to analyze patients'psychological changes.Results The prevalence of psychological problems in patients were tension,fear,anxiety,depression,less of loneliness,low self -esteem,self -reproach and negative pessimistic.Corresponding nursing strategy were included:emphasizing psychological guidance,assisting patients to establish the confidence; conducting patients with meticulous health education; pointing out that the reasonableness of the importance of life;communicating with patients'family members; educating and helping them develop good habits.After nursing intervention,the patients'somatization,compulsion,depression,anxiety,fear,mental illness and positive project were significantly improved (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) compared to before nursing interventions.Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention could improve the recovery of the patients with chronic prostatitis.
