目的探讨Ⅰ型糖尿病患者胚胎胰岛移植术后代谢状况与移植物的功能及存活的关系。方法将培养后的胎儿胰岛细胞移植至26例Ⅰ型糖尿病患者的大网膜及小网膜腔内，比较患者的各项代谢指标与移植效果之间的关系。结果本组术后胰岛素用量均有明显减少（P<0.05），血清C肽及胰岛素水平升高。术后13例患者空腹血清C肽≥0.5ng/ml，9例≥0.5ng/ml持续超过1年。结论胰岛移植是治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病的有效方法。
목적 탐토Ⅰ형당뇨병환자배태이도이식술후대사상황여이식물적공능급존활적관계。방법 장배양후적태인이도세포이식지26례Ⅰ형당뇨병환자적대망막급소망막강내，비교환자적각항대사지표여이식효과지간적관계。결과 본조술후이도소용량균유명현감소（P<0.05），혈청C태급이도소수평승고。술후13례환자공복혈청C태≥0.5ng/ml，9례≥0.5ng/ml지속초과1년。결론 이도이식시치료Ⅰ형당뇨병적유효방법。
Objective To assess the effect of fetal islet t ransplantationfor the treatment of Type Ⅰ diabetes. Methods The pancreatic islets from human aborted embryos we re cultured and implanted into the greater omentum and omental bursa of 26 patie nts with type Ⅰ diabetes. The function of transplanted islets was evaluated.[ KG2 Results After transplantation, the exogenous insulin requirement significantly decreased (P<0.05). The fast s erum C-peptide level was ≥ 0.5ng/ml in 13 transplanted patients, and ≥ 0. 5 ng/ml in 9 cases for more than one year, among them one case has been on norm al level for 14 years. Conclusion Islet transplantation is an effective way for the treatment of type Ⅰ diabetes.
