为建立国家转双价双Bt抗虫基因棉环境安全评价技术,对转双价双Bt基因(Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab)抗虫棉栽培地生存竞争能力进行研究,结果表明,转双价双Bt基因棉花与对照赣棉11相比,各生育期株高生长具有显著竞争优势,优势值3.48~4.75 cm;吐絮期棉覆盖度竞争优势超对照46.77个百分点,达显著水平;产量竞争力优势籽棉超对照1 013.85 kg/hm2,皮棉超对照433.20 kg/hm2,均未达到显著水平;发芽率竞争优势极显著,超过对照2.75个百分点。与非转基因常规棉相比,转双价双Bt抗虫基因棉生存竞争能力优势显著。
為建立國傢轉雙價雙Bt抗蟲基因棉環境安全評價技術,對轉雙價雙Bt基因(Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab)抗蟲棉栽培地生存競爭能力進行研究,結果錶明,轉雙價雙Bt基因棉花與對照贛棉11相比,各生育期株高生長具有顯著競爭優勢,優勢值3.48~4.75 cm;吐絮期棉覆蓋度競爭優勢超對照46.77箇百分點,達顯著水平;產量競爭力優勢籽棉超對照1 013.85 kg/hm2,皮棉超對照433.20 kg/hm2,均未達到顯著水平;髮芽率競爭優勢極顯著,超過對照2.75箇百分點。與非轉基因常規棉相比,轉雙價雙Bt抗蟲基因棉生存競爭能力優勢顯著。

The research studied for establishing the environmental safety assessment technologies of bivalent Bt genes (CrylAc+Cry2Ab) transferred cotton in China. The result showed that :the plant height competitive advantage of transgenic cotton harboring double gcnes(CrylA c+Cry2A b ) increased 3.3,8-4.75 cm in whole growth stages compared to the non- transgenie cotton significantly.The coverage competitive advantage was 46.77 pencentage points more than control significantly.The yield competitive advantage of seed cotton was 1 013.85 kg/hm2 more than control and the lint yield was 433.20 kg/hmz more than control ,but not significantly.The germination rate competitive advantage was 2.75 percentage points more than control, but the difference was not significant. The survival competitive ability of transgenic cotton harboring CrylAc +Cry2A b double Bt genes was higher than the non-transgenic cotton significantly.
