以Baylis-Hillman加成物为起始原料,经过氢溴酸溴代,得到溴代物2,再与2-萘酚反应得到醚化物3;首次报道利用Pd(OAc)2/Cu(OTf)2复合催化剂催化醚化物3的环化反应,得到4个3,4-二氢香豆素类衍生物(4a~4d),并通过1H NMR和MS进行表征。
以Baylis-Hillman加成物為起始原料,經過氫溴痠溴代,得到溴代物2,再與2-萘酚反應得到醚化物3;首次報道利用Pd(OAc)2/Cu(OTf)2複閤催化劑催化醚化物3的環化反應,得到4箇3,4-二氫香豆素類衍生物(4a~4d),併通過1H NMR和MS進行錶徵。

Aryl allyl ethers(3) were synthesized by bromation and esterization of Baylis-Hillman adducts(1).Four 3,4-dihydrocoumarin derivatives were obtained by cyclization of aryl allyl ethers(3) in the presence of Pd(OAc)2/Cu(OTf)2.The structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.
