采用函数解析法和数值法对皮江法炼镁还原阶段球团的升温过程进行数值模拟,通过对模拟结果比较分析,总结出数值法较适合对皮江法炼镁瞬态热分析的模拟,从模拟结果中进一步总结归纳皮江法炼镁存在的缺陷,为今后的镁产业研究指明方向。
採用函數解析法和數值法對皮江法煉鎂還原階段毬糰的升溫過程進行數值模擬,通過對模擬結果比較分析,總結齣數值法較適閤對皮江法煉鎂瞬態熱分析的模擬,從模擬結果中進一步總結歸納皮江法煉鎂存在的缺陷,為今後的鎂產業研究指明方嚮。

In this paper,the temperature during the redoxomorphic stage of the silicon-thermo-reduction was simulated by analytical method and numerical method.Through the comparison and analysis,we summarized that the proper way to simulate the transient thermal analysis on the silicon-thermo-reduction is the numerical method and made a further summary of the imperfection of the silicon-thermo-reduction.Obviously,all the above works will have a wider significance to the forthcoming magnesium industry.
