With the development of our national economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard, on the one hand, the demand of the consumer for coht fresh meat increases, and on the other hand, the development of China agricultural products cold chain logistics is low and lagged behind, it is unable to effectively meet the demand. The paper analyzes this problem and will propose optimal solutions.
