金融学专业人才的培养与金融业的发展紧密相关。目前,国内很多高校金融专业人才培养目标过于宽泛,缺乏明确定位,课程设置不够合理。各院校在明确人才培养目标时,应该结合市场实际需求,针对学生不同学习阶段,分层次的设计培养目标,并避免出现培养目标“同质化”问题。尤其要注重职业目标与个人能力相结合,根据学生个性化差异和心理特点进行个性化培养,进一步提高学生职业能力。

The personnel training of finance major is closely related to the development of finance industry. Today, the finance major in many colleges and universities is excessively wide in training target, lack of clear orientation, and improper in curriculum. Hence, when defining training target, they should design training target based on different levels, different learning stages, and market demand, to avoid the same personnel, especially plan vocational goal according to their individual ability, and improve vocational ability based on individual difference and psychological feature.
