从猪场污泥中筛选一组混合菌微生物絮凝剂——(xn10+xn9),结果表明,该混合菌对高岭土絮凝效果良好,其絮凝率高达95%以上;且具有良好的热稳定性和pH稳定性,在废水pH值为2~8时絮凝效果良好;与其金属离子相比,Ca2+、Al3+、Mg2+对其助凝作用明显。对猪场废水和碱性品红溶液有良好的去除效果,其浊度去除率和脱色率分别为83.93%9、7.26%;其絮凝活性物质主要分布在发酵液中,主要成分为非酮糖多糖,不含蛋白质。

Compound-bacteriums xn10+xn9 which produce flocculating substances are isolated from active sludge from local hoggery.The results shows that compound-bacteriums xn10+xn9 have good flocculating activity(over 95%) for treating kaolin suspension.The xn10+xn9 have strong thermal stability and pH stability,and their flocculating activity maintained good in the pH range of 2~8.Comparison to other cations,Ca2+,Al3+and Mg2+have obvious effect on enhancing flocculating-activity.In wastewater application,xn10+xn9 had high effciency in decolorizing dye solutions of basic fuchsin(97.26%),their removing rate of turbidity is 83.93% in treating swine wastewater.The flocculated matter mainly distributes in fermentation broth,the components of xn10+xn9 are mainly polysaccharides,not ketose or proteins.
