利用紫外可见吸收光谱法考察了八元瓜环与金橙G和亚甲基蓝的相互作用情况。考察了溶液的酸度对作用体系的影响。结果表明,八元瓜环与客体的相互作用随客体及溶液pH的不同而有所改变。在pH=1~12的范围内,八元瓜环与金橙G作用明显,形成稳定的2:1的主客体包结配合物;而八元瓜环与亚甲基蓝(g4)的相互作用则在pH=1~10的范围内形成2:3的包结配合物,当pH〉13后,则趋向于形成1:2的包结配合物,且随着pH值的增加,溶液颜色由蓝变紫。
利用紫外可見吸收光譜法攷察瞭八元瓜環與金橙G和亞甲基藍的相互作用情況。攷察瞭溶液的痠度對作用體繫的影響。結果錶明,八元瓜環與客體的相互作用隨客體及溶液pH的不同而有所改變。在pH=1~12的範圍內,八元瓜環與金橙G作用明顯,形成穩定的2:1的主客體包結配閤物;而八元瓜環與亞甲基藍(g4)的相互作用則在pH=1~10的範圍內形成2:3的包結配閤物,噹pH〉13後,則趨嚮于形成1:2的包結配閤物,且隨著pH值的增加,溶液顏色由藍變紫。

Interaction between Q[8] with Orange G and methylene blue were investigated by using ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrophotometry.The influence of pH on the interaction were studied in detail.The results showed that the stability of the inclusion complexes was related to the guests and the pH of solution.Q[8] can interact with guest of g1 completely with a ratio of 2:1 at pH=1~12,and Q[8] can interact with guest of g4 completely with a ratio of 2:3 at pH=1~10.However,the inclusion complexes of Q[8] and g4 completely with a ratio of 1:2 at pH13,and with the decrease of acidity,the color of the solution changed from blue to purple.
