苯部分加氢生产氯代环己烷,经济,安全,无环境污染,从理论上探讨了采用苯部分加氢制环己烯,再由环己烯与氯化氢加成生产氯代环己烷工艺的可行性及反应条件。同时考察了所得产品的分离方法,以及在分离过程中的影响因素:温度、压力、回流比、加热量等,发现采用变回流比时,操作所得产品最理想。
苯部分加氫生產氯代環己烷,經濟,安全,無環境汙染,從理論上探討瞭採用苯部分加氫製環己烯,再由環己烯與氯化氫加成生產氯代環己烷工藝的可行性及反應條件。同時攷察瞭所得產品的分離方法,以及在分離過程中的影響因素:溫度、壓力、迴流比、加熱量等,髮現採用變迴流比時,操作所得產品最理想。

The lines of the production of chloroxyclohexene by partial hydrogenation of benzene were economic, safe and non environmental pollution. The process line was studied theoretically and cyclohexene obtained by the partial hydro- genation of benzene reacted with hydrogen chloride to chloroxyelohexene. Separation and purification of chlorocyclohex- ane, and the factors affecting the separation pracess of temperature, pressure, reflux ratio, the heating voltage and so on were studied. When variable reflux ratio was 4.0 - 1.5, the product was the best.
