为给经济落后地区发展农户兼业提供理论支持，采用分层抽样技术，选取四川仪陇县的120户农户进行问卷调查，研究欠发达地区农户兼业的特征与制约因素，最后从完善土地流转制度、建立农村服务体系、加强职业教育培训、统筹城乡发展和加快小城镇建设等方面给出对策建议。

To provide theoretical support for development of farmer＇s part-time occupations in economic backward areas,stratified sampling technique was adopted, 120 households of Yilong county of Sichuan province for the survey were selected to study present situation of part-time business to the farmers in poor area. Through researching on the features and constraints of part-time business, it proposed the development of part-time business strategies for the farmers in poor areas, such as：improving the system of land transfer, strengthening vocational education and training and accelerating the construction of small towns and so on.
