Colleges are an important force for scientific research and the construction of the innova- tion-oriented country, and teachers are one of the important prerequisites and foundations. Therefore, lit- erature, questionnaire investigation and logical analysis are used in thesis to investigate the full-time bas- ketball teachers＇ scientific research situation in Shandong colleges. The factors are analyzed and the cor- responding development countermeasures are put forward in hope of providing valuable reference for the healthy development in Shandong colleges, and the decision-making and implement of work of chief re- search department.
