Sterilization cultivation of edible fungi has many advantages,but it has the higher demands.Improper operation can lead to economic loss.The types,occurrence charcteristics and prevention measures of sterilization cultivation were introduced in this paper,and it′s suggested that the methods of prevention disease and insect pest on edible fungi should focus on prevention and coordinate with other measures to reduce the incidence of diseases and pests.
