The theory of yin yang and 5 elements was the excellent philosophy of China and its application in medicine gave birth to the great theory of traditional Chinese medicines. For the first time, the authors used it to in the fields of food nutrition and food processing technology, with the aim of creating different foods with Chinese characteristics suitable for people of different physiques.
