自《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》颁布实施以来,幼儿园心理健康教育受到了前所未有的重视,但也存在实践欠指导、理解欠科学、行动有偏差等问题。建议研究者要注重理论联系实际.幼儿园管理者要重视对教师的观念引领和实践指导,针对教师的职前、职后培训也应增加对幼儿园心理健康教育的系统培训,从而通过几方合力,提高教师专业能力,提高幼儿园心理健康教育质量,促进幼儿健康发展。

In the past 10 years since the issue of The Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(trial implementation), psychological health education in the kindergarten has received unprecedented attention. However, problems still exist such as lack of practical instruction, scientific understanding, and discrepancy in implementation. It is suggested that the researchers should emphasize the combination of theory and practice, kindergarten managers attach importance to conceptual leading and practical instruction of the teachers, and pre-service and during-service training for the teachers should include a systematic psychological health education. The joint efforts may improve teachers' professional competence and the quality of psychological health education in kindergarten.
