和谐师生关系在大学发展中有着极其重要的作用。目前,我国高校师生关系仍然是传统的"主—客"关系或"客—主"关系,消解了师生之间应有的教育涵义。而主体间性的提出,为创建和谐互动的师生关系提供了理论依据。在主体间性视野下,构建和谐师生关系需要社会、学校努力创造师生交流的机会,加强教师学生的课堂互动。
和諧師生關繫在大學髮展中有著極其重要的作用。目前,我國高校師生關繫仍然是傳統的"主—客"關繫或"客—主"關繫,消解瞭師生之間應有的教育涵義。而主體間性的提齣,為創建和諧互動的師生關繫提供瞭理論依據。在主體間性視野下,構建和諧師生關繫需要社會、學校努力創造師生交流的機會,加彊教師學生的課堂互動。
화해사생관계재대학발전중유착겁기중요적작용。목전,아국고교사생관계잉연시전통적"주—객"관계혹"객—주"관계,소해료사생지간응유적교육함의。이주체간성적제출,위창건화해호동적사생관계제공료이론의거。재주체간성시야하,구건화해사생관계수요사회、학교노력창조사생교류적궤회,가강교사학생적과당호동。
Harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the university development plays an extremely important role.At present,the teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities in China is still the traditional one as " subject-object" or the opposite,which has confused the educational connotation of teacher-student relationship.The pro-posal of inter-subjectivity provides theoretical basis for the building of a harmonious and active teacher-student relationship;in this perspective,building a harmonious teacher-student relationship calls for both the society and universities to create op-portunities to let them communicate with each other interactively in class.
