针对综采工作面掩护式液压支架平衡千斤顶失效,分析了平衡千斤顶的受力状况。通过验算偶合构件的强度及对双向锁安全阀污染状态进行铁谱分析,提出预防措施及偶合构件强度设计优化方案,以充分发挥液压支架的工作性能,实现矿井高效安全生产。
針對綜採工作麵掩護式液壓支架平衡韆斤頂失效,分析瞭平衡韆斤頂的受力狀況。通過驗算偶閤構件的彊度及對雙嚮鎖安全閥汙染狀態進行鐵譜分析,提齣預防措施及偶閤構件彊度設計優化方案,以充分髮揮液壓支架的工作性能,實現礦井高效安全生產。

Aimed at the failure of hydraulic shield support equilibrium jack on fully mechanized coal faces,the force characteristic of equilibrium jack was analyzed.The intensity of coupling hardware was checked and calculated,the pollution state on reversible lock relief valve was analyzed by ferrography.The prevention measures and the coupling hardware intensity design optimum proposal were proposed.Hope the working performance of hydraulic support can be fully developed,then realized high efficiency safe production at coal mine.
