目的：探讨糖尿病黄斑水肿（DME）分级及其多焦视网膜电图P1波异常改变。方法：糖尿病眼OCT扫描后进行DME分级,后行多焦视网膜电图（mfERG）检测,分析一阶反应P1波振幅密度和潜伏期随DME进展的变化关系。结果：DME早期已有P1波振幅密度的降低（P〈0.05）,随后出现潜伏期延长（P〈0.05）。结论：随DME进展P1波振幅密度降低和潜伏期延长,且振幅密度的改变更敏感。

목적：탐토당뇨병황반수종（DME）분급급기다초시망막전도P1파이상개변。방법：당뇨병안OCT소묘후진행DME분급,후행다초시망막전도（mfERG）검측,분석일계반응P1파진폭밀도화잠복기수DME진전적변화관계。결과：DME조기이유P1파진폭밀도적강저（P〈0.05）,수후출현잠복기연장（P〈0.05）。결론：수DME진전P1파진폭밀도강저화잠복기연장,차진폭밀도적개변경민감。
Purpose：The aim of this prospective study was to investigate the abnormal changes in multifocal electroretinogram P1-wave using different diabetic macula edema（DME） scales.Methods：Diabetic eyes were divided into different DME scales after OCT scanning and the multifocal electroretinogram（mfERG） examinations were carried out subsequently.The relationship between the changes in the first-order kernel of mfERG P 1-wave latency period and response density and the diabetic macular edema scores was estimated.Results：The amplitude density showed decline firstly（P0.05）;the latency period expressed extension subsequently（P0.05）.Conclusions：With the progress of DME,the PI-wave amplitude density showed drecreasing and latency period became extension,and the changing of amplitude density represents more sensitively.
