在网络技术发展和互联、互通应用的支持下,互操作概念和技术的开发应用成为提升系统潜能的主要考虑。本文针对作战系统,在分析互操作概念的同时,通过建立互操作系统模型,提出评估互操作系统生命力的指标,并定量分析了互操作对三种类型的互操作系统生命力改进的程度和极限,给出了生命力计算公式,最后举例分析前面导出的结果。

In support of network technology progress and the application of inter-connect concept,the main consider of enhance the capability of system is the exploitation of interoperability concept and technology.Consider combat system,after analyzing the concept of interoperability,we bring forth interoperability-system model,and advance index to assess the performance of interoperability-system.The grade to enlarge vitality for three type interoperability-system is presented in quantitative manner,the equations to calculate vitality is also educed.Finely,the results that had been educed are explained in virtue of example.
