为改善高速高精设备加工质量,利用小脑模型具有不依赖于被控对象的精确数学模型、极强的非线性拟合能力、对运行工况适应能力强的优势,将其与PID控制相结合形成PID+CMAC控制策略;并借助Turbo PMAC的"开放伺服"功能,在Turbo PMAC运动控制器上实现了PID+CMAC控制策略。测试结果表明PID+CMAC控制策略对于改善系统的定位性能和跟踪性能具有良好效果。

In order to improve processing quality of high-speed and high-precision equipment,CMAC is combined with PID to become the control strategy including PID and CMAC based on its characteristics of no accurate mathematical model of controlled object,strong nonlinear fitting ability and highly adaptability in operating conditions;based on the Open Servo function of Turbo PMAC,the control strategy including PID and CMAC has been realized on Turbo PMAC motion controller.The test results show that the control strategy including PID and CMAC can better improve the system positioning performance and following performance.
