目的:建立尿液中加替沙星的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以333nm作为检测波长。通过5名健康志愿者实验,考察尿药中加替沙星的排泄量。结果:尿液中加营沙星在1.00~36.00μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均方法回收率为98.1%,RSD为2.87%;平均萃取回收率为9514%,RSD为3.66%,24h排泄量在44-3%~69.6%。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可推广使用。

목적:건립뇨액중가체사성적함량측정방법。방법:채용자외분광광도법,이333nm작위검측파장。통과5명건강지원자실험,고찰뇨약중가체사성적배설량。결과:뇨액중가영사성재1.00~36.00μg/mL농도범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9998),평균방법회수솔위98.1%,RSD위2.87%;평균췌취회수솔위9514%,RSD위3.66%,24h배설량재44-3%~69.6%。결론:해방법간단、쾌속、령민、준학,가추엄사용。
Objective: To determine the content of Gatifloxacin in urine with ultraviolet speetrophotometry method. Methods: Urine samples from 5 healthy volunteers were collected .The contents of Gatifloxacin in urine were determined by ultraviolet speetrophotnmetry with the detective wavelength of 333nm. Results: Data have shown a good linear relation between Gatifloxacin cotent and absorbance (r =0.999 8)with the Gatifloxacin concentration in 1.00 to 36.00 μg/ml. The average recoveiy was 98.1% with RSD 2.87%; the average extraction recovery was 95.4% with RSD 3.66%, excretion rate in 24 hours was 44.3%-69.6%. Conclusion: The simple, quick, sensitive and accurate method applied here is worthy of promoting in Gatifloxacin determine in urine.
