针对10kV配电网在部分负荷密度较高的城市中心区供电存在的问题,提出了简化电压序列和提高中压电压的要求。分析了20 kV与10 kV技术区别;比较了城市配电网电压序列220/110/10/0.4 kV、220/110/20/0.4kV和220/20/0.4kV在变电站占地面积、线损率和单位面积年费用经济技术指标。以某开发区的配电网规划为例,表明了220/20/0.4kV在高负荷密度新建开发区的适用性。

Aiming at the problem of power supply existing in 10kV power distribution network at part of higher load density urban center district,this paper proposed requirements of simplifying voltage sequence and raising medium-voltage.Analysis was made to technical distinction between 20kV and 10kV.Comparison was made between urban power distribution network voltage sequence 220/110/10/0.4kV,220/110/20/0.4kV and 220/20/0.4kV in substation area occupation,line loss rate and unit area annual cost economic index.The example of certain development zone's power distribution network plan shows the adoptability for 220/20/0.4kV in newly developed zone's of high load density.
