Scientific and systematic training of principals of elementary and middle schools is a short cut to promoting principals' specialization and the training courses are the core factors of influencing the training efficacy.Starting from the intention and structure of principals' specialization,this paper discusses the training course system of the credentials for being principals of elementary and meddle schools.
